Artistic French Toast
This is so yummy and so easy. Almost magic in the way it disappears, leaving only traces of powdered sugar and maple syrup!
I use a random mixture of egg, milk, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, brown sugar and sometimes maple syrup and coat pieces of bread (any sort, I used regular white sandwich bread this time) Tip: Mix wet ingredients and spices first and then add flour slowly. I mix mine by hand but you could use an electric mixer on low speeds. Coat a heated pan with nonstick cooking spray and cook for a minute or so on medium heat turning when it is golden brown (or to your preference) I made full sized and finger versions and both worked great. Then top with syrup and powdered sugar and get prepared to whip up seconds! ENJJOY :D
